Where we deliver

Shia's Imports sources products from verified international suppliers and delivers nationwide across Ghana, including Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and every other region. Delivery is made to the city, landmark and delivery instructions provided at checkout, with the final handoff arranged by phone or WhatsApp on the checkout number.

Delivery methods

You choose the delivery method at checkout. Each method has its own international-shipping time and its own price for the item you are buying.

• Standard Air Freight — Air shipping to Ghana with a 7-14 business day international delivery leg. International shipping: 7–14 business days.
• Express Freight — Expedited air shipping that arrives in Ghana within 3-5 business days. International shipping: 3–5 business days.
• Sea Freight — Ocean freight for larger or less time-sensitive orders. Lowest cost, longest transit. International shipping: 30–45 business days.

How delivery works — the phases of your order

Every order moves through the same sequence from payment to your door. Only the international-shipping phase changes with the delivery method you choose; the other phases take the time shown below. Every phase is counted in business days from payment confirmation, and the total is the sum of the phases — nothing is hidden behind the shipping-leg figure.

The delivery method, its timeline and the exact delivery cost you select at checkout are copied onto your order permanently and are not changed by later website updates. Timeframes are good-faith estimates in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless we expressly confirm a fixed deadline.

How your delivery cost is calculated

Delivery is priced per item, not as a hidden store-wide fee. For each product we obtain the cost quoted by the supplier and our forwarding partner for each delivery method, and that amount is shown on the product and again at checkout before you pay. Ordering more than one unit multiplies that amount by the quantity. Where an item is priced by weight or volume instead, the rate and the chargeable amount are shown in the same breakdown. No delivery charge already shown and paid at checkout is charged a second time without your agreement.

Order tracking

Every order can be tracked at the Track an order page using the order number and the phone number used at checkout. The timeline publishes customer-safe milestones matching the phases above — supplier confirmation and sourcing, forwarding to the China hub, international shipping, Ghana customs clearance, quality checking and local delivery — as staff record each event.

Customs and international transit

International orders pass through export handling, international shipping and Ghana customs. Customs duties and clearance handled by Shia's Imports are already reflected in the delivery cost shown at checkout. If customs or carrier delays outside our reasonable control affect an order, the customer is notified factually with the revised expectation rather than the order being silently extended.

Delays and agreed delivery periods

The phase timeframes above are estimates unless expressly confirmed as a fixed deadline. Where a specific delivery period is agreed, Shia's Imports will execute the order within that period. If goods become unavailable or an accepted delivery period cannot be met, we contact the customer with the available remedy — including redelivery, replacement or a refund under the Returns and Refund Policy — instead of leaving the order open-ended.

Failed delivery and customer responsibilities

Customers should provide an accurate Ghana phone number, city, landmark and delivery instructions, and be reachable during the communicated handoff window. If a delivery fails because the supplied contact or address is incorrect or the customer is unreachable, we will attempt to re-contact the customer; reasonable re-delivery costs may be required before another attempt is made.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Inspect the order on delivery and report a missing, damaged, wrong or visibly defective item promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where reasonably possible. Do not discard packaging or accessories until the issue is reviewed. Eligible issues are resolved under the Returns and Refund Policy; this request for prompt notice does not remove rights that apply under law.

Contact and requests

Contact Shia's Imports before returning an item. Include your order number and a clear explanation; for a damaged, wrong or defective item, include photographs where reasonably possible.
