Merchant and scope
Shia's Imports is the merchant responsible for the products, quotations, customer service, delivery and dispute resolution shown on this website. Paystack is a payment processor and is not the seller of the goods.
Products and requests
Product descriptions, options, prices, stock mode, return classification and delivery choices are shown before checkout. A custom item request does not become an order until the customer accepts a quotation or completes the applicable checkout. Private acquisition sources remain confidential business information.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Ghanaian cedis unless stated otherwise. The server recalculates the product price, discount, bulk tier and selected freight before creating a payment. An authorization screen, screenshot or browser redirect is not proof of payment; the order is paid only after authoritative provider verification.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when payment is verified and Shia's Imports confirms it can be fulfilled. If goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified and the applicable refund or alternative process will be offered. Customers can identify and correct checkout details and withdraw before submitting payment.
Preorders and custom goods
A preorder is a product acquired after payment. It is not automatically custom-made. A product is treated as made to the customer's specification only where the customer's individual requirements genuinely determine the item. The relevant classification and explanation are recorded with the order.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
The Delivery Policy and Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. They do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including obligations relating to description, undisclosed defects, fitness for a communicated purpose and applicable electronic-transaction cancellation rights.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, selection and delivery information, keep account access secure, and avoid unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity. Product use must follow manufacturer safety instructions.
Reviews and acceptable use
Verified customers may submit truthful reviews relating to delivered orders. Reviews may be moderated for privacy, threats, unlawful content, impersonation or irrelevance, but are not edited to change genuine customer opinion.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under Ghana law. Subject to those rights, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through customer support.
Contact and requests
Contact Shia's Imports before returning an item. Include your order number and a clear explanation; for a damaged, wrong or defective item, include photographs where reasonably possible.
